Meet the Founders of Buddies 4 Life
Andrew and Tresa Brinton have 3 children with autism and Andrew has over 20 years of experience teaching Special Needs Students.
Due to their love for those with disabilities they started working as host parents. While hosting they soon began to notice that their client needs had increased and his services had remained the same.
Andrew and Tresa realized that their client needed more help then they were getting and began advocating for their client who was struggling emotionally, financially, and socially.
They contacted Work Force Services and got their client food stamps. They reached out to local behavioralists, home health agencies, and medical providers to help heir client with a behavioral support plan that they implemented, shower aides, message therapists, occupational and physical therapists, as well as medication changes.
They were able to work with their support coordinator to get Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Counselors involved and realized they had a passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities and decided to start their own company.
Andrew and Tresa established their own micro-provider, Buddies4life, LLC in May of 2019. Their mission is HElP BUDDIES WITH INDEPENDENCE AND MEANINGFUL LIVES." They place their Buddies in beautiful day programs, host homes, and group homes, because they believe their Buddies4Life deserve the best environment possible and a white-glove experience for tehir support teams.
They have a passion for training their families to get out into the community and establish long term relationships 4Life.
Their goal is to help individuals with disabilities get the care and attention they deserve and help host parents by compensating them well above the industry averages.
They have a passion for helping clients experience a day program, a group home, or a loving family setting that they can experience self-fulfillment and independence 4Life.
They look forward to working with you.
