Employee of the Month – January 2020
We have decided to recognize Jessica Hougardy for her extraordinary service and hard work. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Here is a list of things Jessica has done for her client so far...
- Helped her get benefits information to get approval for low-income housing.
- Packed up her house, helped her do a move-out.
- Orchestrated a move to the new apartment including loading everything in and out of the truck.
- Did a makeover for her to give as a present to her parents.
- Taking her to Crystal Hot Springs as a reward for all of their hard work.
- Planned lots of fun events and things to do together.
- Made and accomplished the goal of going to the gym to help her get healthy and meet new local friends which is great for her social skills.
- Took her to an event with a costume reenactment and locomotives on display on the tracks.
- Works with her parents about getting things checked off on her list of things to do each week and having a reward.
- Most importantly loves her for who she is and genuinely enjoys spending time with her.
We are so grateful for all of you and look forward to seeing who will be highlighted as February's employee-of-the-month.
